How to Change Viettel Wifi Password with My Viettel
Step 1: First, you need to update or download the latest version of the My Viettel app to your phone from the link below to enable the feature of changing Viettel Wifi passwords in the app:
- Get it now: My Viettel for Android
- Get it now: My Viettel for iPhone
Step 2: Access the My Viettel app -> Select Login -> Choose Internet/TV/PSTN and proceed to log in to your account.
Note: The phone number used to log in to MyViettel must be the one used to register for Viettel Internet service before.
Step 3: After successfully logging in, on the main interface of the app, click on the arrow icon below your account -> Select the Internet contract you want to change the Wifi password for.
Step 4: In the next window, select Manage Wifi Modem. Now, to change the Viettel Wifi password using My Viettel, simply select Change Password and follow the instructions inside to complete the setup.
