Afterwards, click on 'Reissue, change, adjust information on social insurance book, health insurance card' and then select 'List of public services', and then select 'Reissue health insurance card due to loss or damage', and click 'Submit online'.
Step 4: The system will switch to the online public service portal interface of the Vietnam Social Insurance. From there, the requested information for reissuing the health insurance card will be displayed by the system. 2. Guide to making health insurance card via VssID application
Step 1: Download the VssID application on Google Play or the App Store. If you do not have an account, please register and then log in to your account.
Step 2: In the main screen of the application, search for and select the 'Public services' section.
Step 3: Select 'Reissue lost or damaged health insurance card', then select 'Result receiving address'. Choose one of the two methods. If you select 'Department receiving documents and returning results' and then press send, you will receive contact method via Email and the address of the Social Insurance Agency to receive the health insurance card, or receive it via postal service.
Step 4: The Vietnam Social Insurance system will send an OTP code to you. Return to the VssID application to enter the OTP code and then select 'Confirm' to complete the process of reissuing the health insurance card if it is lost or damaged.
