Step 2: Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, then make a cross-shaped incision at the bottom of each tomato.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.

Step 3: Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil, then add the chili peppers and tomatoes and blanch for about 2 minutes before removing.

Step 4: Put the tomatoes, chili peppers, and garlic into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 5: Strain this chili sauce mixture through a sieve to remove all the seeds.

Step 6: Place a pot on the stove and add salt, sugar, alcohol, vinegar, and cornstarch into the pot. Stir well until the mixture is completely dissolved, then cook over low heat. Stir continuously to prevent the chili sauce from sticking. After 25 minutes, the chili sauce is cooked, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Once the chili sauce has cooled completely, transfer it into bottles and store them in the refrigerator for later use.

The spiciness of the chili, combined with the aroma of garlic, will enhance the flavor of your homemade dishes.
