After childbirth, I experienced severe dryness. Thankfully, a friend suggested a remedy that cured it completely in just 2 days without any medication. Here's the recipe I hope will help many women:

Hello everyone! I'm Thuy Anh, and I have a one-year-old baby. I want to share my experience of dealing with severe dryness after childbirth. The first time I tried intimacy postpartum, everything seemed fine until the crucial moment when I experienced excruciating pain. My husband tried to comfort me, but then went to sleep with the baby all night.
Fearing my husband might feel neglected, I was determined to fix the issue immediately. I've tried numerous expensive medications, but none worked. Fortunately, a colleague suggested drinking soybean milk. I made my own and drank it, and within 2 days, it was like a miracle - back to normal intimacy. Many people may doubt it, but I encourage you all to give it a try and see the results for yourselves!
Sharing a photo and the recipe for making soybean milk for those experiencing dryness after childbirth like me to refer to:
1. To carry out this dryness treatment method, you'll need to prepare:
-Soybeans/tofu (can be bought or made at home following the instructions below): 200 grams
-Blender or soy milk maker
-White sugar: 50 grams
2. How to make the 'miracle water' for treating dryness
-Step 1: Wash soybeans thoroughly, then remove the skins

-Step 2:
+If any of you have a soy milk maker, simply put 1-2 liters of water + soybeans into the blender and cook until done.
+If not, put soybeans + 1 liter of water into a blender and blend well. Use a strainer or cloth filter to discard the residue, leaving only the liquid to put into a pot and boil.

- Step 3: After making the soybean milk, scoop it into a glass, you can add sugar to taste, and enjoy. This soybean milk is very fragrant, delicious, and easy to drink.

3. How to use
- Frequency: 3 times/day, drink 1 glass of this soybean milk after each meal.
- Pour the milk into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator compartment, it can be used for up to 3 days.

4. Effects of the 'miracle water' for treating dryness
Soybean milk contains a very high level of estrogen, so it's excellent for women experiencing dryness after childbirth. Additionally, after drinking this milk, I noticed my skin becoming brighter with acne disappearing completely, and my face became extremely smooth. Unmarried ladies, beware, it might also increase breast size!
5. Guide to making soybean sprouts
Preparation:
– Soybeans (purchased at the market or supermarket), choose smooth, shiny beans: 300 grams
– Thin cloth or cheesecloth
– Plastic basket
Implementation:
-Step 1: Soak soybeans for 8 to 12 hours. During hot summer days, simply soak them in cold water overnight. While soaking, remove any damaged or rotten beans floating to the surface, as they can affect the sprouting process.

-Step 2: Take a plastic basket with a 2 cm high base, line the bottom with a layer of thin cloth or cheesecloth. Then, spread the soaked soybeans evenly on top of the cloth.
-Step 3: Dampen a piece of cotton or cloth, then use this moist cloth to cover the soybeans.

-Step 4: Place the soybean basket covered with the cloth under a cold water tap, then gently open the tap to let the water flow down. This way, the water will drain down beneath the basket, so no worries about flooding. Remember to only let a little water flow, not a gush! Repeat this process three times a day.
-Step 5: When not draining water, remember to place this soybean basket in a dark corner inside the house, with minimal or no light exposure. In just 3-4 days, the soybeans will sprout, and you'll have 100% clean soybean sprouts.
