Quick and Efficient House or Apartment Cleaning Guide

This checklist provides a streamlined approach to cleaning your house or apartment. By following the steps in order, you can save time and effort by tackling each chore once throughout the entire space. No need to gather supplies for each room separately. Simply grab your vacuum, dusting tools, and cleaning supplies once, complete the tasks, and put them away. Depending on the size of your home, this method should take around 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Once you're done, sit back, relax, and enjoy the clean and orderly space you've created.

Start by grabbing a large garbage bag and doing a walkthrough of your entire home. Dispose of any trash you find, including emptying small cans in bathrooms and bedrooms. Once done, empty the big can in the kitchen and place all bags outside for pickup.

Next, do another walkthrough to collect all dirty clothes, including towels in bathrooms. Take them to the laundry room and start a load of laundry. Multitasking by doing laundry while cleaning is efficient. If you use a laundromat, gather everything in a laundry bag or basket for washing another day.

Conduct another walk-through to gather dirty dishes. Take them back to the kitchen and wash them. Ensure to wash, dry, and put them away if possible.
