Step 1: First, you need to access Zalo (Figure 1) (Note: Depending on your last interaction, whether it was in the Contacts, Messages, History interfaces of Zalo, this access will take you to that interface). You swipe the screen to find and select the person whose chat history you want to delete (Figure 2) (For long contact lists, you can use the search bar above the interface by typing the name to save time and search quickly)
Step 2: Look at the top right corner and tap on the three horizontal dashes icon (Figure 3). Subsequently, Zalo will display the Options interface (Figure 4).
Step 3: Swipe the screen, find and tap on 'Clear chat history' (Figure 5). At this point, Zalo will show the confirmation box, and you press 'Delete' (Figure 6).
Step 4: Zalo displays the notification 'You have successfully cleared the chat history' (Figure 7), indicating that you have deleted the chat history.
