Step 4: Click on None (1) and use dummy information (2) to fill in the Billing Address section. Next, click Continue (3) to proceed.
Once the setup is completed without any error messages, it's a success.
2. Steps on AppStore
Step 1: Open the AppStore and tap on the avatar (1) => tap on the account name (2).
Step 2: Enter your password (1) => Sign in (2) => select Country/Region (3).
Step 3: Choose Change Country or Region (1) => select the country you want to change to (2).
Step 4: Tap on Agree (1) => Agree (2) to agree to Apple's terms.
Step 5: Under payment settings, choose None (1) => enter first and last name (2) => set up payment information (3) => Done (4).
Once successfully changed, the AppStore will reload and switch to a new region along with the new language.
Following the instructions above, you can modify the region/country on the AppStore to download and use applications available in that region/country. Wishing you all success!
