1. Conditions to be able to transfer money via Vietel:
- For transferring subscribers:
+ Being a prepaid mobile subscriber, actively bi-directional, and having a minimum active time of 30 days (counted from the activation date of I-Share service).
- For receiving subscribers: Being a prepaid mobile subscriber or D-Com subscriber, actively bi-directional at the time of receiving money (except for internet sims).
2. Instructions for obtaining the money transfer password:
Before proceeding with money transfer, you need a password, as it will ensure the security of your account. There are 2 ways to obtain the Viettel money transfer password, including:
Method 1: Send a text message with the syntax MK or MK X to 136.
- Where: X is the password you set yourself, consisting of 8 numerical characters.
- To change the password: you can send MK
Method 2: Dial *136# and press OK.
- For subscribers without a password: enter 0 to create a password.
- For subscribers with a previous password: enter 0 to change the password.
3. Sending money from Viettel to Vietnamobile via phone
Not only can you send money to subscribers on the same network, but Viettel also allows users to send money to subscribers on other networks such as Vietnamobile. The general requirement for these subscribers is that they all must be prepaid (both sending and receiving subscribers).
+ Method 1: Dial 136[Transfer password][Recipient number][Amount]# and press OK.
+ Method 2: Dial *136# then press OK, then continue by pressing 1 and follow the instructions.
+ Method 3: Compose a message TK [password] [Recipient number] [Amount] send to 136.
