How to Scan QR Codes in Zalo Images
Requirements:
- Download Zalo to your phone:
+ Download Zalo for Android: Zalo for Android
+ Download Zalo for iOS: Zalo for iPhone
- Have a registered Zalo account. If not, refer to the article How to Register on Zalo for easy registration.
Steps to Perform QR Code Scanning in Images Using Zalo
In Step 1, on your mobile device, open and log in to Zalo. Tap the person icon in the bottom right corner (Image 1). Then, in the top right corner, tap the gear icon (Image 2).
For Step 2, click on 'Privacy' (Image 3). A new interface will appear; swipe upwards on the screen to the section for Allow QR code recognition in images. Slide the toggle to turn it green, as shown in Image 4 (If the toggle is already green, no need to slide it again).
Moving on to Step 3, return to the chat interface with the image containing the QR code you want to scan. Tap on that image to enlarge it (Image 5). Then, at the bottom of the interface, click 'Scan QR code' (Image 6).
Immediately, the information from the QR code in the image will be displayed. You can click 'Copy' (Image 7) to duplicate that information.
