- Lemon: 1 piece
- Water: 250 ml

- Cleanse the lemon thoroughly. Peel the lemon, avoiding the white part inside. Then boil water with lemon peel. While boiling, remember to cover the pot. When it boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, then turn off the heat, still covered, and wait until the water is warm before drinking. Drink this water 1-2 times a day continuously for about 7-10 days to ensure relief from pain and soreness.

- Note: If you drink lemon peel water for 2 hours without urinating or experience headaches, stop immediately. It's important for mothers to urinate frequently within 2 hours after drinking for it to be effective.
