
Apple has introduced iOS 16 with many exciting features for users to explore. However, iOS 16 can sometimes cause headaches for users, such as the inability to download apps from the App Store. But don't worry too much because in this article, I'll share how to fix this issue.
1. Check Internet Connection
Sometimes your device's Wi-Fi connection may be unstable, leading to the inability to download apps. Try checking your device's Wi-Fi connection by going to Settings > Select Wi-Fi > Tap on the i icon > Select Forget This Network and reconnect to the network, then try downloading again.

2. Disable Background App Store Processes
This method may seem simple, but it's very effective. Simply swipe left to right on the screen > then swipe up to completely close the App Store app.

3. Log out of Apple ID
Additionally, try logging out of your Apple ID and then logging back in to fix this issue. Go to Settings > Select your account > Tap on Sign Out.

4. Restart iPhone
You can try restarting your iPhone to ensure everything in the device runs more smoothly. Press and hold the volume up and power buttons, select slide to power off, then press and hold the power button to turn the phone back on.

5. Update to the latest iOS 16.1 Beta version
Issues such as iOS 16 battery drain and rapid battery depletion will be addressed by Apple in the latest iOS releases. Just recently, on September 15th, Apple rolled out a new update, named iOS 16.1 Beta.
The iOS 16.1 Beta introduces many new features such as customizable lock screen and home screen interfaces, clean energy charging, battery percentage display for previously unsupported phone models, and most importantly, fixes for existing iOS 16 issues such as battery drain, overheating, Vietnamese keyboard errors, Wi-Fi problems, Zalo errors, and App Store download failures.
