Experience Confidence: Learn at the Beer Club!
In my family, I have an older brother just two years older than me. He's always teasing me, calling me clumsy, stupid, and useless, but he's the one who always takes me out to have fun, eat, and drink!
Recently, he and his gang dragged me to Carnaval to celebrate a birthday. It turns out, there's a unique Latin-themed beer club right here in Hanoi. It was a Friday, and I was mesmerized by the lively and seductive belly dance performances. I got so into it that I decided to sign up for classes right away!

Carnaval has quite a distinctive Latin vibe, looking pretty cool.
When the seductive saxophone replaced the hot dance beats, the snacks came out. Among them, there were two dishes I really liked: Shanghai beef and spicy boneless chicken feet. My buddy kept complaining that I only know how to eat but not how to cook, so I quickly looked up how to make boneless chicken feet to prove him wrong. Turns out, it's easy to make!

Boneless chicken feet can be used to make a variety of delicious dishes.
3 Easy Steps to Make Boneless Chicken Feet by Carnaval Chef
You chop off the bone part of the chicken feet, keeping only the foot section, then boil them over low heat until they're just cooked through (about 20 minutes, based on my experience).
Once the chicken feet are cooked, take them out and soak them in cold water for about 10 minutes, then drain them.

Don't skip the step of soaking in cold water, or the chicken feet will lose their crispiness.
Use a sharp knife to slice along each toe (either inside or outside), bend each bone joint, then gently remove the bone from the skin. That's it!

Completed in just 3 simple steps!

Who says tomboyish girls can't handle it?
Many people nowadays still harbor unfavorable views towards girls who frequent beer clubs for drinks (like me). But really, what's wrong with beer clubs?
Instead of gathering at some roadside eatery with questionable food quality, mediocre beer, improper storage, temperature, and humidity, why not go to a beer club where you can be assured of food quality, a wide selection of drinks, music, and a stylish ambiance like Carnaval?

Forget about the beer, Carnaval's food is top-notch!
Even girls who usually cling to their big brothers at beer clubs like me can handle themselves just fine! And here's a little tip for those looking for a great place with good food, plenty of beer, and ample space to gather: Carnaval is offering up to 20% off!
