Huyen Trang, a 90s mother who once garnered sympathy as her husband strayed during her pregnancy, now shares postpartum beauty secrets.
Recently, a lengthy post on Be Ria's personal Facebook revealed the 3 years of happiness in a small family, until the husband betrayed them, leaving his pregnant wife and child for an affair, causing a stir on social media.
Upon investigation, the central figure in the story is a girl named Huyen Trang (born in 1994). Overcoming the pains of the past, Huyen Trang is now a single mother, raising her little daughter of nearly 2 months old and running a cosmetic tattoo shop to make a living.

This young mother not only earns admiration for her strength, empathy, and heartbreaking marital story but also truly deserves awe for maintaining a charming figure and a beautiful face comparable to any hot girl (even right after giving birth). Here is Huyen Trang's sharing on effective and fastest postpartum beauty tips:
I opted for a proactive cesarean section, and within a day, I could get up for personal hygiene, still lying down to breastfeed to avoid back pain. While a C-section is much weaker than natural birth, rest assured, your health will visibly improve day by day.
Three days after leaving the hospital, I started wiping my body with ginger and turmeric-infused alcohol. Using a soaked cloth with this mixture not only cleanses but also provides warmth, without any unpleasant postpartum odor. Around day 10 after giving birth, I noticed the surgical incision had improved significantly when I began massaging my belly and waist.
I have a piece of advice for mothers who want to lose weight: start working on it while still in confinement. During this time, the abdominal fat is extremely soft and easy to reduce. The longer you wait, the more challenging it becomes. Additionally, during the first month, babies tend to be more obedient, giving mothers a more relaxed time at home compared to going out later.

I asked my grandma to get 1kg of rock salt, 2 or 3 pieces of ginger, a handful of dried mugwort leaves toasted. Sew them into an old shirt, apply it to the belly, keep applying until it cools down, then toast it again for the next application. A batch like this lasts for about 3 days. I also use ginger-infused alcohol and turmeric for belly massages, 2-3 times a day, each lasting 15 minutes. In the evening, after the massage, I wrap myself in cling film (food wrap) and wear a belly band to sleep overnight. Wake up in the morning with a visibly flat stomach. However, ladies, be cautious not to wrap too tightly and avoid excessive hot belly wraps soon after childbirth to prevent retained secretions and post-surgery irritation.

I eat very little rice, usually opting for a broth of water spinach and minced lean meat or a bone broth with root vegetables. I don't consume chicken feet or dog's feet as much as some people suggest because it's too rich for me. The more water I drink, the more milk I produce (2-3 liters of water a day). Just feed your baby a lot, and you'll lose weight quickly. Before each breastfeeding session, I eat a bowl of hot soup with meat instead of indulging in heavy meals. This way, your body won't accumulate belly fat, and you'll still have plenty of milk for your baby.
