Thirdly, the proliferation of parks and entertainment areas is rampant, while the waste in these areas remains unresolved, leading to water source pollution and significantly impacting people in the surrounding areas.

According to the assessment of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, an average of 9,000 people die each year in Vietnam due to the use of polluted water. There are over 100,000 cases of cancer, with one of the identified causes being the frequent use of contaminated water.
