How powerful are the top four divine dragons ever seen in Dragon Ball?
For each version of the Dragon Balls, Dragon Ball fans get to know a new divine dragon. Not only different in appearance and power, but each divine dragon also has its own personality. The following four divine dragons are the top-ranking ones in Dragon Ball.
4. Super Shenron (Dragon Ball Super)

Super Shenron is essentially an enhanced version of Shenron, with power extending to the universe. Suggested in the Super Dragon Balls, Super Shenron is galaxy-sized, possibly even larger. With the ability to create and materialize entire universes, there are virtually no limits to its power. It can be said that only the power of Grand Zeno can surpass Super Shenron. This divine dragon is capable of causing mental disruption. Super Shenron has a unique and distinct appearance, radiating golden energy throughout its body.
3. Ultimate Shenron (Dragon Ball GT)

However, summoning Ultimate Shenron comes with a major drawback: if you fail to collect the black star dragon balls - scattered across the galaxy, not just on Earth - then within a year of making a wish, the planet will explode. This makes the black star dragon balls and Ultimate Shenron an extremely dangerous weapon.
2. Black Smoke Shenron (Dragon Ball GT)

Black Smoke Shenron is one of the most unique dragons in all of Dragon Ball. When the dragon balls become inundated with negative energy, they ultimately become corrupted, leading to the summoning of an extremely dangerous entity. This version of Shenron is malevolent, smoking a cigar and emanating dark energy. Black Smoke Shenron can be summoned for wishes, but it simply refuses. Due to its uniqueness, this Black Smoke Shenron is considered one of the most intriguing, extraordinary, and powerful dragons of Dragon Ball, albeit only appearing in GT.
1. Shenron

The original Shenron, renowned as the indestructible dragon god. Shenron may not be the strongest dragon among the series' dragon gods, but it appears most frequently throughout the series. This doesn't change the fact that whenever it appears, something incredible is bound to happen soon after. When Shenron dies or is destroyed - which occurred when Piccolo killed it, then when Nappa killed Piccolo, and finally when Kami fused with Piccolo - a sense of true despair spreads worldwide. It's as if without Shenron's presence, Earth immediately becomes a desolate, barren place. Hope can only be extinguished when Shenron is killed - showcasing the incredible role and power of Earth's dragon god.
