



Exercise 1: Commence in a seated meditation posture. Maintain a straight back, extend both legs forward, toes pointing towards the ceiling. Take a deep breath, extend arms straight overhead, eyes gazing westward. Exhale and fold the body over the thighs, hands striving to touch the toes, head resting on the thighs. Beginners may simply touch the shin or knee. If able to reach the toes, grasp them firmly and pull towards the torso until feeling a complete stretch. Inhale and engage the abdominal muscles, hold the posture for 60-90 seconds, gradually increasing duration over time. Exhale and return to the seated meditation posture. Repeat 10 times initially, increasing gradually.
Note: Individuals with spinal degeneration, disc disorders, and recent abdominal surgery SHOULD NOT practice this sequence.
Exercise 2: Boat Pose (Naukasana)
This yoga pose, known for its rapid abdominal fat reduction, is greatly favored by home yoga practitioners for its highly effective yet moderately challenging nature, sparking enthusiasm among practitioners. It enhances abdominal strength, reduces excess fat, improves digestion, and strengthens the arms and thighs.

Exercise 1: Lie on your back on the floor, arms and legs extended naturally. Inhale deeply, then exhale while lifting the body, including legs, arms, and torso. Both arms extended parallel to the floor, touching the feet. Hold the posture still for 60-90 seconds to enhance abdominal strength. Inhale, exhale deeply, and slowly return to the initial position. Perform 5 times, gradually increasing, with 15 seconds of relaxation after each set.

Exercise 2: Bridge Pose (Setubandhasana)
In addition to its benefits for the abdominal muscles, this pose also offers various other advantages such as reducing fatigue, improving chest and neck muscles, spine health, stress reduction, alleviating depression, enhancing digestion, and relieving menstrual cramps.

Exercise Method
1. Lie on your back on the floor, legs extended straight. 2. Bring the knees close to the buttocks. 3. Inhale, slowly lift your back up until the chest touches the chin without tilting the chin down, shoulders pressed firmly against the floor, shifting body weight onto the shoulders and arms. Thighs parallel to the floor. Breathe evenly. Hold this position for 2 minutes. 4. Exhale, slowly lower the body to the starting position, rest for 20-30 seconds, and repeat the movement. Note: Do not perform this exercise if you have neck or back injuries.
5. Camel Pose (Ushtrasana)
The camel pose is the opposite of the boat pose (Naukasana). This pose not only helps tone the abdominal muscles and burn upper body fat for weight loss in a week but also improves posture for women to confidently wear their favorite outfits.

Exercise Technique: 1. Sit in the Japanese Seiza position (Vajrasana – Kneel with both legs together and sit on heels). 2. Straighten the torso into a kneeling position, shifting weight onto both knees. 3. Take a deep breath, arch forward and reach both hands behind, touching hands to ankles. 4. Lean the body backward until you feel the abdominal muscles stretch. 5. Hold the posture still for 20-30 seconds and breathe evenly. 6. Exhale and slowly return to the Japanese sitting position. Repeat 5 times, gradually increasing, with 15 seconds rest between each set.
Note: Individuals with heart disease, spinal degeneration issues, and high blood pressure SHOULD NOT practice.
