(Motherland) - Many players have taken advantage of the LMHT loophole to easily reach Master tier.
In League of Legends (LMHT), ranking tiers play a significant role in ensuring fairness for the game. In theory, your rank should reflect your skill level. Matching players of the same rank ensures they face opponents of similar skill levels.

However, recent discussions on LMHT forums have highlighted numerous cases where Bronze and Iron players are forced to confront Masters. Specifically, low-ranked players often find themselves facing Diamond I players and Masters during their climb. Such significant skill level disparities lead to unfair matches and cause discomfort for players.
So, what's the cause of this issue? The answer lies in the significant flaw within the LMHT system regarding unranked accounts. Essentially, when a Diamond I player teams up with an unranked account, they may face opponents at the Bronze or Iron level. Without this loophole, Diamond I players on their way to Master tier would face opponents of at least Platinum skill level.

Many players have exploited this LMHT loophole to reach the Master tier easily. However, they also ruin the gaming experience for other players in the process. Being completely overwhelmed by opponents with significantly higher skill levels is not a pleasant experience for many players.

What's notable here is the increasing trend of exploiting this loophole to climb ranks in LMHT. Hopefully, Riot Games will promptly address this issue to make the LMHT ranking system fairer.
