How to make blueberry pineapple smoothie
Step 1. Prepare the fruits.
Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple. Stand upright and remove the tough skin and pineapple eyes, then slice it and remove the core from each slice. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
Wash the blueberries and mint leaves. Drain.
Step 2. Blend the smoothie
Once the ingredients are ready, put 500g of diced pineapple, 340g of blueberries, ice cubes, 240ml of pure milk, 60g of Greek yogurt, and 3 tablespoons of honey into the blender. Blend until smooth. You can reserve the honey for the final adjustment of the smoothie's sweetness. We usually add ice at the bottom to blend first, speeding up the blending process.
Step 3. Pour into a glass and enjoy
Pour the blueberry pineapple smoothie mixture into serving glasses. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, fresh blueberries, and mint leaves. Enjoy!
