Autumn is the season of com, I bought a kilogram of com to make cake for the kids at home, and everyone praised it. It's so delicious that it's gone before it's even drained of oil. It's easy to make, so give it a try, ladies!
Ingredients needed for the recipe for com cake
- Fresh com (for making cake, I find that Tu Le com is better than Vong Village com): 100gr
- Raw pork sausage: 300g (if anyone likes slightly fatty sausage, then add some finely chopped boiled chicken fat)
- Chicken egg: 1 egg
- Some fish sauce
How to make Com cake
- First, mix the com with the egg to let it swell, then mix well with the raw pork sausage and fat.
- Shape the mixed meat and com into evenly flat round pieces for easier frying.
- Steam briefly to retain the sweetness of the meat, then fry until golden brown on both sides in a pan with fat.
My kids love this dish so much that they eat a lot of rice! I don't have to urge, coax, or scold them at all, they just eat it all up!
