To record videos, capture your computer screen using Total Video Converter, follow these steps:
Step 1: First, open Total Video Converter software, then proceed as follows:
- Left-click on Tools
- Choose Advanced Tools.
- Next, left-click on Desktop Capture & Game Capture.

Step 3: On your computer screen, a small Menu will appear (at the top left corner) as shown in the image below. Click on Start to begin the screen recording process.
If you choose the full-screen recording mode, Total Video Converter will start recording immediately. However, if you select different recording modes, a new window will appear for you to select the screen area you want to record.
You will notice the frame closing icon changes from green to pink => indicating that you are recording the screen. To stop recording, click on Stop.
Step 4: When you Stop the recording process, Total Video Converter will display a small notification -> you can choose Play to review the just-recorded screen recording.
If you keep the video format as Flash, the video will be immediately available in the save folder you configured earlier. In case you choose a different format, you may have to wait a few minutes for the Total Video Converter application to automatically convert the file format.
