Lumia is one of the most widely used smartphones today. In our previous post, we guided you on activating and adjusting touch sensitivity to fix Lumia touch screen issues when in use. To record phone calls on Lumia, you also need to activate it.
1. Activate Phone Call Recording Feature on Lumia
Step 1: Navigate to Settings => System => Phone.
Step 2: Find the option “Choose the app you want to use to manage recorded phone calls'. Select “Voice Recorder”.

2. How to Record Phone Calls on Lumia
When making or receiving a call, simply press the “Record” button on the screen. If a legal notice appears, select Record.
To review recorded segments, open the dialer on Windows 10 Mobile, press Menu, and select “Recorded calls”.
Note that on Lumia 950 XL, call recording files are saved in .mp4 format - although not commonly used for audio files, you can still use or convert them to mp3.
