Family is always the sanctuary after a long day of hard work and study. Just being with them brings peace and happiness. Family is where we can share every joy, sorrow, and create memorable experiences together. For me, I always cherish the joyful memories with my beloved older brother.

In the summer of fourth grade, my parents drove me to visit grandparents. One afternoon, I asked to go to Ngoc's house. Ngoc took me around the garden, showing me various plants and finally, we stopped by the pond behind the house. It was a wide pond with small lily pads floating on it. As I looked around, I spotted a small boat hidden among the bushes. Excitedly, I exclaimed:

- Ngoc...Ngoc... There's a boat over there. Let's row the boat together.

He turned towards me with a skeptical look:

- Do you know how to swim? If you go out there and sink, I won't be able to save you, got it?

I playfully held hands with him, passing them back and forth. Initially, he appeared hesitant and indecisive. After some contemplation, he decided to go along with my idea. Ngoc cleared the bushes and pulled the iron boat closer to the edge of the pond. He instructed me to hold wooden paddles and tossed them onto the boat for him. After a few minutes of struggling, we began our journey around the pond. Everything was going smoothly until water started seeping into the boat in the middle of the pond. Panicking, I exclaimed:

- Oh no, we're sinking, what do we do now?

- Just sit tight, let me handle it. You and I will bail out the water together.

Both of us tried to bail out the water, but it seemed futile. All efforts seemed to vanish as both of us and the boat sank beneath the water. Fortunately, it was a sunny day, and the water level had receded enough for our feet to touch the mud. We waded to the shore, our bodies soaked, and our faces covered in moss.

Even though more than a year has passed, every time I recall that memory, I can't help but feel happy and burst into laughter. Perhaps, that's an experience I can never forget. For me, Ngoc will always be the beloved older brother.
