1. Recovering Your Hago Account via Phone Number
In reality, users can log into their Hago accounts using their phone numbers without needing a password. Instead, the app sends you a verification code each time you access it.
Step 1: Open the Hago app on your phone, on the login screen choose to log in via phone number.
Step 2: Enter your phone number, then press the Send button.
Step 3: Enter the verification code sent to your phone number, then click the Login button.
When successfully recovering your Hago account via phone number, the screen will display as shown below.
2. Recover Your Hago Account via Gmail, Facebook, Zalo
To recover your Hago account via email, social media account you just need to use the password of that email, social media account. In this example, Mytour will guide you on how to recover your Hago account via Gmail.
Step 1: Open the Hago app on your phone, on the login screen click on the Gmail icon.
Step 2: Click Continue to agree to log in via Gmail.
Step 3: Enter your Gmail account, then click Next.
Step 4: Continue entering your password, then press the Next button.
After successfully logging back into your account, you can use Hago as usual.
