Storing and downloading files from Dropbox has become very popular in recent years as the need for data backup has increased rapidly, as not everyone has enough memory devices to store their documents, videos, and music.

Step 1: To sign up for Dropbox, first you need to access Here
First name: Your first name
Last name: Your last name
Email: Email address used for Dropbox registration
Password: Password for your Dropbox account
Step 2: Select Create an account to create your Dropbox account
Step 3: You will be asked 'How do you want to use Dropbox?'. You have 2 options: Individual or With a team. Here, I choose Individual
Step 4: Here, you choose Not now to continue
Step 5: Select It's Important to proceed
Step 6: Choose Go with Dropbox Basic Instead to opt for the basic version of Dropbox with 2GB for free
Step 7: You will be redirected to the Dropbox download page, click Download Dropbox, the system will automatically download and install

Step 8: Finally, the application will automatically launch. Click on Open my Dropbox to start using the application
