Guidelines for independently registering online for the establishment of a young group or kindergarten class
Step 1: To register, visit HERE. Then, click on 'Register online'.
Step 2: Next, the interface will appear; click on the 'Submit application at Ward/Commune/Town' section.
Scroll down and click on 'Educational Training'.
Step 3: Now, the interface will appear as shown below. Then, locate the 'Establishment of independent young groups, kindergarten classes' section shifted to the right and click on 'Execute'.
Step 4: The interface will appear on a new page as follows:
Step 5: In the 'Establishment of independent young groups, kindergarten classes' section, click on the large empty box next to 'District/County' to select your district/county.
Next, the 'Receiving Agency' will appear. Click on the empty box to select the appropriate submission location.
Step 6: At this stage, fill in all required and accurate information as per the requirements of the Hanoi Online Service Portal.

Step 7: When you reach the 'Attached Profile' section, you need to upload image files corresponding to each profile name.
Step 8: Review to ensure the accuracy of the information you've entered. Next, click on the 'I take legal responsibility for the statement above' checkbox. Then click on 'Continue' to proceed and complete the registration.
Following these steps, you can easily register the establishment of an independent online kindergarten group. After that, just wait for the Hanoi Online Public Service portal to confirm the results. Proceed with the dissolution registration of the kindergarten group, following the same steps as above.
