Registering for a Passport Online:
Step 1: Using the Chrome browser, access the following address: https://passportregistration.immigration.gov.vn/ or click the link directly HERE
The interface for Online Passport Registration will appear as shown below
Step 2: Enter your information
+ Choose Apply for a Passport: After selecting here, you will enter personal information and the Basic Information section.

- Enter all information marked with a red (*) asterisk
+ Permanent Address: Enter the detailed address where you are registered for permanent residence.
+ Temporary Address: Also, enter the detailed address where you are registered for temporary residence.
+ Occupation: Enter your job, the name of the organization, and the company.
+ Family Information Section: Enter the full name and date of birth of your parents.
+ Reason for Passport Application: Select Apply for a passport for the first time.
+ Skip the line Latest Passport Issued if this is your first passport application.
+ Section Children under 9 years old applying for a passport if applicable -> enter your child's complete information including: full name, date of birth, gender, and place of birth.
+ Submission Location for Registration Documents: Choose the passport office address -> enter the confirmation code
Finally, click Check the Declared Information to review the accuracy of the entered information -> then tick the line 'I take responsibility for the declaration under the law' -> click 'Submit' to complete the procedure.
After submitting the application, bring your ID/Temporary Residence Book to the Immigration Management office for processing and photo capture -> Present necessary documents (ID/Temporary Residence Book) + with the declaration form, sign the confirmation and receive the receipt -> Finally, pay the passport fee and delivery fee to have the passport sent to your address.
