- Use your personal email to receive results quickly and easily. Registering for Gmail is now very simple, just a few minutes and you'll have your own email.
Step 4: Go to the 'Other Information' section, check the 'Request for Copy' box to obtain a copy. Then enter the number of copies you want in the 'Number of Copies' box. Otherwise, you can skip this section.
Step 5: In the 'Attached Documents' section, upload the appropriate documents requested under 'Document Name'.
Step 6: Review to confirm the accuracy of the information. Then click the 'I hereby take legal responsibility for the statement above' box. Click 'Print Form' if needed, otherwise you can directly click on the 'Continue' box to proceed with the registration.
