Step 1: Visit the homepage of the Tax Department HERE to register for your individual tax identification number online
Step 2: Click on Register Tax
Step 3: Proceed to the Payment Organization, then fill in the required information in the box below and click Log in to continue.
If you are unsure or have entered incorrect information such as the tax identification number or date of issuance of the tax identification number, you can click on the Search TIN tab on the toolbar
Step 4: After successfully logging in, the file submission interface appears. Enter all necessary information and then click Choose File to select the saved export file. Finally, click submit file
Step 5: You can check whether the file has been successfully submitted by clicking on Check File
Please note the Status column for checking, there are 3 statuses: Approved, Not Approved, Rejected
