1. Download and Register for Viettel Money Account
To begin, download Viettel Money on your mobile device through the link provided below.

Step 1: Open the Viettel Money app. On the main screen, tap on Get Started ❶ => Enter your phone number and press Continue ❷.
Step 2: Enter the OTP code sent to your registered phone number ❶
2. Verify Viettel Money Account Information
Step 1: On the main interface of the app after creating an account, tap on Verify Information ❶ => check I agree ❷ => Verify Now ❸.
Step 2: Review the information provided in the app to ensure it matches yours, then tap on Confirm and Continue ❶ => create a password for your account ❷ => Continue ❸.
Step 3: Tap on Close ❶ to close the dialog box, and your account will have a green checkmark ❷ indicating it's been verified.
3. Receive gifts ranging from 100,000 VND to 10 million VND when activating your Mobile Money account
- Duration: From 01/12/2021 - 30/12/2021.
- Eligibility:
- For the first 100,000 new Viettel Money registrations with successful Mobile Money account verification during the program period.
- Program Details:
- Customers who have verified their accounts with ID card, meeting the program's conditions, will receive either 100,000 VND or 10,000,000 VND in their Mobile Money account within the Viettel Money digital financial ecosystem.
- Offers do not apply to customers who registered for ViettelPay before the program period.
- Each subscriber is only allowed to link with 1 personal identification document (ID/CCCD/Passport) and 1 device when participating in the program, and can only receive gifts once.
- Not applicable to subscribers who cancel and re-register for Viettel Money services during the program period.
- Viettel reserves the right to reject incentives/cancel promotional gifts for any transactions that Viettel suspects of fraud or taking advantage of the promotional program. In case of disputes, Viettel's decision on this matter is final and binding for customers.
Instructions for receiving promotions from Viettel Money:
Step 1: After successfully verifying your account, you will receive a notification to claim rewards as shown in the image below. Tap on Claim Gift Now ❶ => Open Gift ❷.
Step 2: You will receive a notification about the amount received from the program. The money will be directly credited to your Mobile Money account. Tap the Back button to return to the main menu.
Step 3: To check the received amount in your account, tap on View Balance ❶ and the amount received will be displayed in your Mobile Money ❷ account.
