Registering on Facebook, creating a Facebook account via Yahoo! Mail
In this article, Mytour will guide you on how to sign up for Facebook using Yahoo Mail, an email address that has been around for quite some time with the famous Yahoo chat software. Guide to Creating a Facebook Account, setting up a Facebook profile from Yahoo! Mail
Step 1: Access the Facebook homepage Here
Step 2: To set up a Facebook profile, simply fill in all the required information in the Sign Up section
- First Name: Enter your first name
- Last Name: Enter your last name
- Your Email:
- Re-enter Email: Re-enter the email address above.
- New Password: Enter password
- Birthday: Enter your date of birth.
- Select gender: If male, select Male, if female, select Female
After filling in all the required information --> press Sign Up to create an account
Step 3: Search for friends who have Facebook accounts through your Yahoo, Skype, Hotmail, ... accounts. Here Mytour will search through your Yahoo address --> Click Find Friends
Step 4: A new window appears, log in to your Yahoo account and click Agree
Step 5: If someone doesn't have a Facebook account yet, you can click on Send Invites to invite them to join Facebook, or press Skip to skip.
Step 6: Fill in other personal information, as it can help you easily find your friends on Facebook.
- Current City: Name of the city, country where you currently live.
- Hometown: Place of origin
- High School: Name of high school.
- College/ University: Name of college or university.
- Employer: Current company name.
Click Next to continue or Skip to skip
Step 7: Choose a photo for your Facebook profile picture
- Add Picture: Select an image from your computer
- Take a Photo: Take a photo directly from your Webcam
After selecting your profile picture, press Next --> automatically log into your Facebook account and you can connect, find friends, share, ... on Facebook.
After successfully creating a Facebook account from Yahoo! Mail, you can go to Facebook to update information, search, and connect with friends from all over the world.
