Removing email login on Windows 10 Anniversary

Step 1: First, open the Start menu by clicking on the window icon in the bottom-left corner. Then select Settings the gear-shaped button.
Step 2: On the main screen of Settings, click Accounts to access account settings.
Step 3: Next, click on the Sign-in options section and scroll down, on the Show account details (e.g. email address) on the sign-in screen option, slide it to Off to hide the email on the login screen or On to show the email on the login screen.
Now, when you log into the computer, you won't see the email anymore.
