As it turns out, the mightiest character in Dragon Ball has been disclosed by author Akira Toriyama for many years now.
In Dragon Ball Z, we encounter virtually invincible characters like Cell. However, in Dragon Ball Super, Toriyama and Toyotaro have elevated the narrative to new heights with the introduction of gods. Nonetheless, the mightiest isn't Destruction God Beerus or King Zeno; it's Akira Toriyama himself.
Toriyama is the omnipotent being with the ultimate authority and power over the Dragon Ball world, for he is its creator. He is portrayed in manga and anime as a small robotic entity named Toribot, representing Toriyama's alter ego. Toribot occasionally appears in Toriyama's other works, such as Dr. Slump, playing a humorous role and depicted wearing a gas mask.
For instance, in a scene at the hair salon where Lunch is getting beautified, Toribot appears on the lowest wanted poster with the least bounty.
According to the Dragon Ball encyclopedia, Daizenshuu 7 (also authored by Toriyama), Toribot is described as the supreme ruler of the Dragon Ball world, far more significant than any deity, for he is the creator of everything.
