By default, each FPT wifi device has its own login information such as admin/admin or root/root. However, if someone changes the password and forgets it, you won't be able to access the wifi anymore, worse, you can't access the configuration page to change the wifi password. Method 1: Hard Reset
To reset FPT Wifi and log in with default information, hard resetting the device is the simplest and quickest method.
Step 1: Identify the Reset button on the device, depending on the specific device, the Reset button may be located in different positions such as on the side, back, or bottom.
Step 2: Ensure the device is already plugged in, use a toothpick to press and hold the Reset button (red circle) for about 10 seconds until all lights flash simultaneously and then turn off, then release your hand from the device and wait for the device to restart, you can log in to the device with default information.
Note: Depending on the device, the Reset button will be designed and placed in different positions, such as the back, side, or bottom of the device, and look for the Reset text line with a small button.
Method 2: Reset FPT wifi through management page
If you can still access the management page of FPT wifi, you can totally perform this method.
Step 1: Open any web browser, access the management page of FPT Wifi with the default address 192.168.1.1 and login credentials admin/admin. Depending on the device, you may log in with different information. You can refer to the default login address and password of some popular wifi modem models nowadays.

Step 2: The device management interface opens, navigate to Maintenance >SysRestart > check Factory Default Settings and press Restart.
After successfully resetting FPT Wifi, proceed to log in and reconfigure the device such as changing the wifi password and configuring other functions according to your purpose.
