Note: Your iPhone needs to be jailbroken and then install the iFile app from Cydia.
Step 1: Start the iFile app on your locked iPhone 6, then press the back button to return to the root directory.
Step 2: Next, go to the path System > Library > Carrier Bundles.
Step 3: Navigate to the iPhone section.
Step 4: Swipe left on the folder to delete it. For Au network, use 44050, for DoCoMo, use 44010. For other locked versions, check with the store.
Step 5: Inside the iPhone directory, continue to the KDDI_LTE_jp.bundle folder for Au network, and for DoCoMo, enter the Docomo_jp.bundle folder.
Step 6: Click on the edit button located on the right side of the screen, mark all the files and delete them by clicking on the trash can icon.
Step 7: Go back to the root folder as in step 1 then navigate to the path var >mobile >Library >Preferences select com.apple.AppSupport.plist and choose Open with Property List Viewer
