Method 2: Update to iOS 11.2
iOS 11.2 is a significant iOS update, incorporating features such as Apple Pay Cash in the U.S. This feature is now available in the Messages app, enabling iPhone users to send money through iMessage, akin to Venmo.
iOS 11.2 also introduces rapid wireless charging for iPhone X and iPhone 8 models. This update will boost charging power to 7.5 watts through Qi wireless charging pads.
Users can download iOS 11.2 directly from the software update section in iOS settings. If encountering issues on iOS 11.1.2, users should update to version 11.2 to rectify them immediately. Users who have updated to 11.2 have successfully mitigated the issue for the time being.
