At times, you may need to find and use a specific feature in Windows Settings, but when you attempt to access it, Windows grays it out. This happens due to some reasons or errors, preventing you from utilizing the feature you need. In this article, I'll share how to fix these obscured errors.Usually, these obscured features hinder users from enabling or disabling them, typically accompanied by a message saying 'Some settings are managed by your organization.' In such cases, you'll need to utilize the Group Policy Object to undo changes that updates or software installations may have unintentionally made to these features.To access the Group Policy Object, open the Windows search bar and search for 'gpedit.msc.' Once the Group Policy Object window is open, follow these steps:- Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > All Settings.
- In the State column, click to reveal the hidden features at the top.
- Click on the features that have been disabled, select Not Configured.
- Select Apply.
- Choose OK.
- Continue by navigating to: User Configuration > Administrative Templates > All Settings.
