Zalo: More Than Just Messaging - Solving Image Viewing Problems on PC
1. Check Network Connection
Instable network connection may lead to Zalo image loading issues on PC. Try checking your network connection by pressing Win > Settings > Select Network & Internet > Here, turn off and on Wi-Fi to reconnect.
2. Log out and Log back in
If the issue persists, try logging out of your Zalo account on PC and then logging back in to refresh image loading. At the bottom right corner of the Zalo application screen, select settings icon > Log out. Then log back in.
3. Restart your computer
Finally, if you're still unable to resolve the issue. Give your computer a reboot, sometimes it could be due to the RAM being full, or you have too many applications open, or some other reason, just try restarting your computer and see how it goes.
