1. Egg Salad
Ingredients: Yogurt, mayonnaise, eggs, green vegetables (onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, corn, etc.) according to your preference

Egg salad takes less than 10 minutes to make, and it's both visually appealing and delicious
You separate the egg yolks, beat until smooth, add yogurt, salt, seasoning powder, mayonnaise, and mix well, season to taste.
Onions can be blanched in boiling water to reduce pungency, baby corn can be boiled, and kernels removed. Arrange vegetables in a large bowl, pour the egg mixture over and toss well.
The remaining egg whites can be used as a facial mask for skincare!
