Enable Editing (or Protected View mode) acts as a shield against viruses from documents downloaded to your computer from the internet. Today, I'll guide you on how to disable Enable Editing in PowerPoint.
How to Disable Enable Editing in PowerPoint
Step 1: Open a downloaded PowerPoint file, then select the File > Option tab.
Step 2: Choose Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.
Step 3: Then, select Protected View and uncheck all 3 empty boxes. Click OK to save the settings.
