Samsung has recently been discovered working on successors to the Galaxy Watch5 series, expected to include Galaxy Watch6 and Galaxy Watch6 Classic.

Today, renowned leaker Ice Universe shared some intriguing information about the upcoming smartwatches from the South Korean company.

Specifically, Ice Universe revealed that the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will feature a 1.47-inch display, larger than its predecessor, the Watch5 Pro, by 0.7 inches. Furthermore, today's source suggests that Samsung will enhance the screen resolution on their upcoming smartwatches to ensure sharp imagery. Although the exact resolution wasn't disclosed, it will be higher than 450 x 450 pixels.

Previous reports have hinted that Samsung is researching blood glucose monitoring, but it's unclear whether the company will offer this feature in their upcoming smartwatches. The Galaxy Watch6 series is expected to feature a curved display, unlike the Galaxy Watch 5.

The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is rumored to feature a rotating bezel, a feature beloved by many. Samsung will also use OLED panels for both these smartwatches from the Chinese company BOE. Let's wait and see!
