They say, when in Lang Co, you must try the oysters here. What's so special about these oysters? In Lang Co, oysters are cultivated on unique bamboo tire rafts. These oysters are prepared into rustic dishes such as boiled oysters with grated green mango, grilled oysters, oysters grilled with fat onions, oyster porridge, oyster salad...
