The beef hotpot here is already delicious on its own, but I prefer to wrap it with some fresh vegetables, green bananas, pineapple, and fresh noodles. Just a little of each, tightly wrapped, then dipped in fish sauce, it's absolutely fantastic.
Normally, I'm not a fan of vegetables, but every time I come to 555 Vinegar Beef Hotpot, I end up devouring a basket full, always ordering more. The best part is, the vegetables and noodles here are complimentary, so everyone can choose as they please. They say 'free stuff is often cheap,' but here, despite the complimentary vegetables, they offer a variety from morning glory, sweet cabbage, kale... all fresh, plentiful, and vary according to the season.

Even though there are only 3 of us every time we go, we end up eating like 5 people. Each visit, we always finish a huge hotpot and still have to order extra oxtail and beef tendon. The oxtail is quite crispy and goes perfectly with the hotpot broth. Additionally, the restaurant has a new dish called 'pineapple stir-fried beef tripe,' which is chewy, crispy, and melds with the slightly sour, slightly sweet taste of pineapple, the fragrance of onions, coriander... overall, it's absolutely delightful! This dish is best enjoyed hot, everyone!

The meat is tender, flavorful, rolled with banana leaves, Vietnamese coriander leaves, then dipped in fish sauce or sweet and sour dipping sauce, both equally delicious. This dish is perfect for this season, as it might be a bit cold during winter.
Moreover, at 555 Vinegar Beef Hotpot, they also offer pork belly spring rolls, beef tendon wrapped in rice paper, salt-covered beef tendon, tongue marinated in satay sauce,... all incredibly delicious and worth a try.
