From the airport to Hotel Colline is approximately 30km, and it takes about 35 - 40 minutes by taxi to reach the hotel. I pre-booked a shuttle from the airport with Mytour for only 200,000vnd/way for a 4-seater car, and the driver waited for me right at the airport door.

Another popular option is taking a bus, with buses gathering at the Inter-provincial Bus Station. From there to the hotel is about 3km, and you can easily get to the hotel by taxi or motorbike taxi as you prefer.

Honestly, this price is quite reasonable for the quality of Hotel Colline as the location, room services, and staff are all at a good to excellent level.
