Revitalized Look of SE19/SE20 Train on Hanoi – Da Nang Route
Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company (Haraco) aims to meet the increasing demands of international tourists for quality vehicles and services. The SE19/SE20 train has been refurbished to create a unique brand on the Hanoi – Da Nang route.
The carriages have been repainted, with interiors transformed into focal points, renewed beddings, mattresses, pillows, and window curtains. Additionally, the sleeping berths on SE19/SE20 train are elegantly designed, providing comfort and warmth for dining, sightseeing, and relaxation.
The air conditioning system has been redesigned and reinstalled, with adjustable vents for airflow direction and size based on passengers' preferences. Alongside equipment upgrades, the company has selected a team of train staff with specially designed uniforms, appealing appearance, English communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ticket prices remain consistent as of now. Specifically, the highest price for weekday tickets is 943,000 VND/ticket, and for weekend tickets, it is 1,046,000 VND/ticket. The highest price for SE20 train tickets is 854,000 VND/ticket, which is lower than SE4 train prices by 10-20% and SE2 train prices by 7-20%. The train is also implementing a service to purchase products on board throughout the journey. Passengers can use their smartphones to scan the QR code and access the link to the shopping website, allowing them to comfortably choose regional specialties to enjoy on the train or take home as gifts.
