Resetting the device to its factory settings involves resetting the entire system, erasing stored histories, and configuring the settings from scratch. This helps the device operate more smoothly and seamlessly after an extended period of use.
Initiating Factory Settings Restoration
Step 1: Press the arrow on the Remote to navigate to the top-right corner of the TV - select Settings
Step 2: In the Settings menu, choose the System Settings option.
Step 3: Within System Settings, select General Settings.
Step 4: Then select Factory Reset (Erase Personal Information) to restore the TV to its original settings.
Step 5: After selecting, a notification will appear on the TV screen asking for confirmation, press Agree.
Step 6: The screen will then display a confirmation dialog for all the actions just performed, press Agree.
Proceed with the New Setup
After successfully restoring to factory settings, the TV screen will display a new setup interface, requiring you to configure it after the TV has returned to its original factory settings.
Step 1: Use the arrow buttons on the Remote to select the language you will use for the TV (in this case, I will use Vietnamese).
Step 2: This step will prompt you to connect the TV to the network. If you want to set it up immediately, choose Wifi, then select the Wifi name and enter the password, or you can skip to perform this operation later.
Step 3: The system will ask you to select the region for the TV, choose Asia - Vietnam.
Step 4: After selecting the server region, the TV will ask you about turning on and downloading features to support the TV. Click Agree for Upload statistics and use TV, click Enable for Download software on the go.
Step 5: In the channel scanning section, click Skip.
Step 6: Click Finish to complete the setup.
