Step 1: Use a web browser to open the Gmail login page at https://accounts.google.com and select Need Help?
Step 2: On the next interface, choose the question Having trouble signing in? Select the first option I don't know my password, enter your email address in the blank field below, and then click Next.
Step 3: If you recall your most recent password, enter it in the blank field and click Next. If not, select I don't know to proceed to the next step.

Automated call: Google's automated call will be made to the phone number registered with your account to provide the verification code.
Choose one of the two options and click Continue.
Step 5: Next, enter the 6-digit verification code received from Google's SMS into the Enter code here field, then click Continue.
Step 6: In the final step, you need to enter a new password for your Gmail account and confirm the new password. It's recommended to set a strong password, using at least 8 characters.
Then click Reset Password.
