Jak’Sho Adaptive Shell proves to be excessively imbalanced in LoL.
Pre-Season 2023 seems to be the most chaotic period of League of Legends in recent years. Many Fighters have become overwhelmingly strong due to Jak’Sho Adaptive Shell.
According to statistics from various LoL data websites, Jak’Sho Adaptive Shell currently holds a 53.72% win rate. Moreover, the number of champions using this item is up to 83, nearly half of the roster in LoL. This clearly demonstrates the undeniable strength of this new item before the new season begins.

As a result, Riot Games has faced a lot of criticism for creating such an unpleasantly overpowered item. In the upcoming 13.1 patch, Riot Games will attempt to adjust the gameplay and itemization style of Fighters. Specifically, they will reduce the power of Jak’Sho Adaptive Shell on Fighter champions. This item will be more suitable for Tank champions.

Another issue that Riot needs to address is the strength of champions using Staff of the Immortal. This item appears to be relatively weak compared to Mythic items for the Mage position. Therefore, in the upcoming 13.1 patch, Riot will also increase the power of Staff of the Immortal and Archangel's Staff.

In addition to Fighters and Mages, the Marksman class also needs attention from Riot. Hopefully, the creators of LoL will introduce more reasonable adjustments in the upcoming 13.1 patch to prevent the game from remaining in its current chaotic state.
