How to Claim Gifts

- Step 2: ASUS ROG verifies customer information.
- Step 3: ASUS ROG ships gifts via postal service based on the information provided by customers (within 7-15 days from the date customers receive the confirmation email).
How to Claim Prizes
Registration information must meet the following conditions:
- Personal Information: Full name, phone number, email, gift delivery address.
- Product Information: Product serial number, Purchase invoice photo during the program period, product serial number photo, name of Mobile World/Minprice store where the customer purchased the ASUS laptop product.
Other Regulations
- All decisions made by ASUS are final.
- Gifts are non-exchangeable for cash or any equivalent values.
