Redmi K60 Ultra Release Date

The Redmi K60 Ultra will debut at 7 PM (local time) on August 14th in China. The event will be live-streamed on Weibo and other online platforms in China. Additionally, Xiaomi will unveil other products such as the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, Pad 6 Max, and Xiaomi Band 8 Pro.

According to recent leaks, the Redmi K60 Ultra will come in two color options: jade green and black. On the front, this smartphone features a flat display and adopts a punch-hole design for the selfie camera positioned in the center of the top bezel. The smartphone's display has thin bezels on all sides and integrates an under-display fingerprint sensor.

Moving to the back, the Redmi K60 Ultra sports a body crafted from a sturdy metal frame and a glossy glass back, exuding luxury. This smartphone also impresses with a rectangular camera module, colored in black, positioned in the top left corner. Additionally, this will be the first Redmi phone to have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. A Xiaomi executive has also hinted that the Redmi K60 Ultra will have a special white variant.

The Redmi K60 Ultra will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display panel with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, P3 color gamut, and 2,600 nits brightness. The company has confirmed that their upcoming phone will come with the PixelWorks X7 display chip to deliver an enhanced viewing experience for users.

Currently, there's no information available about the front camera of the Redmi K60 Ultra. However, its rear camera setup is confirmed to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 main sensor with OIS support, capable of recording 8K quality videos.
