Saigon's Festive Fireworks for New Year 2024

New Year 2024 in Saigon will witness a spectacular display of fireworks, shooting high above the Saigon River tunnel entrance and dazzling the grounds of Dam Sen Cultural Park.

Saigon's Grand Fireworks Celebration for New Year 2024

The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has approved Saigon's plan to organize high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks for the occasion of New Year 2024. Specifically, a high-altitude fireworks display will be held at the entrance of the Saigon River tunnel in Thu Duc City. A low-altitude fireworks display will take place at Dam Sen Cultural Park in District 11.

Saigon plans to launch high-altitude fireworks at the entrance of the Saigon River tunnel (Thu Duc City) with 1,500 high-altitude shells, 30 low-altitude racks, and 10 pyrotechnic racks. The low-altitude display at Dam Sen Cultural Park (District 11) will feature 90 low-altitude racks and 30 pyrotechnic racks. The fireworks will last for 15 minutes, from 12:00 AM to 12:15 AM on January 1, 2024, funded by social sources.

Alongside the New Year 2024 fireworks, Saigon residents and tourists will also immerse in the lively atmosphere of the Countdown music event – the transition moment from the old year to the new year New Year 2024, held on the night of December 31 at Ho Chi Minh Statue Park and Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street (District 1).
